Daniel was the father of Henry Cook b 1814.  Daniel's  wife was Catherine Pierson b. 1785 in Sussex NJ. If Daniel's father was Jacob and his grandfather was also Jacob then my kids do have a direct line to the Mayflower.

    looks like mayflower connection try Stephen Cooke then 4 generations of Jacob Cooks back to Francis Cooke he had a wife names Hester Mayhieu  they were from leiden holland she was a french hugonot
