Assistance requested to create sub-category in Sawusch_Name_Study [[Prussia, Sawusch_Name_Study]]

I am attempting to create a sub-category for the Sawusch_Name_Study. Today I successfully created:

[Michigan, Sawusch_Name_Study] and [Illinois, Sawusch_Name_Study]  However, when I attempt to create the sub-category [Prussia, Sawusch_Name_Study] I get an error message that I do not have permission to create? Is there more than one way to create a sub-category for a Name Study?

I'm aware of recent discussion on categorizing historic  Prussian locations that are now in Poland,   I'm trying to group profiles for project purposes, as I Identify and work on profiles. I see other Name Studies have already established [Prussia, <name study>] as subcategory in Name Study. I anticipate also wanting to group to Kreis or even village level for the project in the future.

Am I doing something incorrectly? Are there now constraints on the use of the term Prussia in ONS subcategories?  Are there conflicts with Prussia categories when the term is used when nested under a Name Study? If someone with permissions needs to create, please do. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi Ann

I'm not sure why you were receiving an error.  I've created the category and it has been added to the profile you provided.

Sometimes Wikitree is picky about syntax. I often forget the word [[Category:....]] when I have tried to create a category
