I'm not aware of anything specific to Southwark. What timeframe are you looking at? The records are more likely to be parish based, and some individual parishes may have transcribed their records. These are often complementary to, rather than a duplicate of, the records available from LDS, Ancestry, etc.

Link to a PDF  containing Southwark records (and all the other London Boroughs) held  at the London Metropolitan Archives  here.https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/things-to-do/london-metropolitan-archives/family-history/Documents/london-metropolitan-archives-southwark-london-generations-guide.pdf

They  note which ones that are on Ancestry

The East Surrey Family History Society (ESFHS) covers Southwark. See http://www.eastsurreyfhs.org.uk/

As Ron has correctly stated the East Surrey FHS does cover Southwark, but the local studies library at the John Harvard Library also recommends the North West Kent FHS.

Southwark, which was traditionally in Surrey is close to the old boundary of Kent.
