Sarah Pitt (Pitre) married Joseph Boyer, about 1840-43 in Quebec province, maybe around Buckingham??  She was the daughter of Richard Pitt (a soldier in Le Meuron Regiment) -he is absent at her baptism dead? or returned to England?- andMarie Josephte Dupuis,Sarah born 16 June 1816 (St. Luc-St Jean)  or 25 Dec.1817, Sarah died 21 June 1902, grave in old cemetery in Ottawa, On. St. Joseph d'Orleans.  Joseph Boyer died Feb.25 1887.
