William Hanks II's DNA puzzle

Is it fair and reasonable based on DNA evidence to conclude that William Hanks II's birth was an NPE?

Can anyone give me any guidance (aside from formalizing the citations, which is to-do) on how (or whether) to present this kind of information in his profile? Is it enough to detach William II from his current and always assumed father William I? (which would obviously require a lot of explanation...)

I will be following up on this with the Hanks surname admins. I believe they're in agreement that William II's biological father does not seem to have been a Hanks, but I'd like to get some clarification from them on whether or not anyone who has studied this is contending otherwise.
