Family verbal history has this Guenther family origin in Bavaria, so any leads back to Germany would be greatly appreciated.

An Ancestral File has Henry Gunther born about 1867 at Budesheim, Rheinpfalz.

His wife is shown as Anna Bornholdt born about 1865. They married 2 Feb 1889.

His parents were Arnold Gunther and Katherine Muller.
