Record book 19, page 470, Northumberland co VA dated 8th Dec1815 deed to John M Noblett of t he borough of Norfolk bought lot and house from William L Lee & wife Judith E of Northumberla nd for $1000, the land heired him by his father Richard E Lee of Norfolk, the land bounded b y land of Edward McGuire, the heirs of Richard H Lee (???who is Richard H Lee and Edward McGu ire???)
