Like Fred, I'm not sure I understand the question. Which graphic tree do you mean?
Marriage dates are edited through a form you can access through a person's profile. If you've already added the marriage, click to the person's edit page, look for the spouse's name in the right column, and click "edit marriage." When you enter the date, use a format like Month DD, YYYY. Does that work for you?
