Have you come across Joseph Carrigan? b. 1770 m.1790 Madison Co KY?

Question

I am searching for Shadrack Carrigan's (Kirgan) b. 1803 Cumberland County, KY. Joseph Carrigan & Mary Polly Moore's son. Joseph & Mary married on Mar. 3, 1790 in Madison County, KY. Shadrack and Nancy Duff (Williams) married and lived in Burkesville, KY.  I can not find out when Nancy (b. 1808 VA)  died or where she was buried and Shadrack was last listed in the 1880 Census at Flat Rock, Metcalfe County and listed as a pauper.  I assumed he died shortly afterwards, but do not know where he is buried.  We also can not find any records after the  marriage of Joseph and Mary.  There is a 1810 Ky Census where Joseph is listed, but no other names, just ages in household (a female & a  child).  If you could find any one of these requests, I would be so grateful. Thank  you very much.

1850 US Census Cumberland Co, part of Cumberland, KY. Shad Kiregan is 47y and born in KY, Nancy Kiregan is 42y and born in VA. Children are Joseph 12y, E. F. daughter who is 16y, Sarah A. 10y, M. J. daughter who is 8y, Alfred D. 6y, and L. C. son who is 5y. All in the household were born in KY except Nancy who could very well be Nancy Duff Williams, born 1808 in VA.

Did not find death date or location for Shadrack, but did find 21 cemeteries in Metcalfe County, KY.
