missing link iin family tree, "Billy" was born between about 1942 and prior to 1935 to Elizabeth Jean Isabel Howard (later married William Denis Robinson) and "unknown" father.  Elizabeth's mother Jessie (born Bernard) raised Billy as her own child.

I have found an Elizabeth Jean Isabel Howard, spouse: William Dennis Robinson, unfortunately the children were not listed on the document.  Elizabeth's Mother was documented as being Jessie M. Howard, and her father Albert Howard.  She was born 1910 in Bathhurst, New South Wales, Austrailia, and died the 9th of June, 1986,  and died in Oberon, New south Wales, austraila.at the age of 75 years.  The source for her birth was:

Her first spouse was listed as" Private"    Her second husband as being William D. Robinson.  They married in 1934 in Mudgee, New south Wales.  Source:

I regret that I could not find "Billy" or "Bill", but this might be a place to start.

I also found an elizabeth Howard who married a William Robinson on 3 Oct 1775, recorded in the Parish Register in Rotherhithe, St. Mary, in southwark, England,  Source: London, England, Marriages and Banns, 1754-1921.

Also, there is an elizabeth Howard who married a Robinson (first name unlisted) recorded in the:  London, England, Marriages and Banns, 1754-1921 :Original data: General Register Office.
