richard percival trouble finding

I am trying to find the birth date of a richard percival

in the 1841 census he is there living in great mount st

deansgate manchester but I cannot find his birth any ideas

I'd check two places - The awesome collection of free records at http://www.FamilySearch.org, and also look for him in the Birth/Marriage/Death (BMD) indexes for the UK... one free site is http://www.freebmd.org.uk/
