Looking for information and photos of Lou Metta Winstead of Wilson County, NC.

I know she died in 1918 during the flu epidemic. Her married name was Clark.  She gave birth to two daughters: Nellie Winifred Clark and Fannie Virginia Clark. She was my mother's mother. She may have died in Elm City, but not certain about that.  Any leads would be appreciated very much. Thank you.

Death:  date - city, Wake, North Carolina, United States

it showed this on a myheritage.com site:
