Who are the parents of Elizabeth Mineault/Mayo, spouse of Henry/Honore Pelletier?

Is there any information available about Elizabeth Mineault (Mayo?) (Mineault-1) born in Canada in 1848 and married to Henry (Honore?) Pelletier (Pelletier-1237) born in Canada in 1842. There may be Canadian records that I do not have. This is further complicated by surname "Pelky" associated with both people.

I may have answered my own question: According to Rootsweb, the parents of Elizabeth Mayo (Mineault, Maillot, etc.) are: Philoque Mayo and Perpetue Chabot. http://worldconnect.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=loons&id=I2877 There is not much information there about them; does anyone have any information about these two?

Richard, that online tree does not include a source for the birth date or parents. Unless that info is on the death certificate. This underscores the importance of including appropriate and sufficient quotations from the sources we use.
