Greetings from WT newby

Question

Hey everyone !

I'm looking for cousins and ancestors of my daughter, so also of me and my ex wife.

I am a retired computer and genealogy hobbiest in Chattanooga.

I've come up with a number system that works much better for large ahnentafel files, so anyone wants to know about that,  please let me know. It is a tortured base-32 scheme.

Please forgive my possibly numerous errors to come. I will try hard to be mindful.

I'm retired, but not very accepting of that status - how can I be retired when I was never tired the first time?

8 years ago, my husband and I made 3 major life changes all at once - we both retired, we got married, and we moved from the MD/VA/DC area to Grant, AL, a rural community not far from Huntsville.  There is more information about me on my profile.
