Of the  six generations shown on your post, can you clarify which individuals were born in or died in Hughes Co., OK? Also, can you share the county and or city where the others were born in and where they died?

Anita, I just wrote you on ancestry -- where we've talked before. I believe we have Delaware Tribe ancestry in our Fivecoat line. Perhaps the Knight's as well. I did some research on Michael Knight (who married/had children with Martha Hoagland) -- and there are several references to the Tuscarawas area. Looking at the Tuscarawas wiki, here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuscarawas_County,_Ohio - reveals some Delaware tribe activity in the late 1700's. You can also look up the chief's wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netawatwees -- and btw these two pages there are a bunch of references to: Coshocton, Killbuck, etc. -- places where our Knight's and Fivecoats eventually got to. Delaware tribespeople were known to have helped settlers move west and even being among them as part of their groups. I feel the history of the Delaware tribe in that specfic area is worth researching and in Tuscarawas -- and oculd very well expose the true story of our lineage. - ZJ
