Where do I find information about Charles Kemp?

Charles Kemp was living in Mansfieldwood House, new Jersey in May of 1762 when he signed a marriage bond for Reuben Kemp and Jane Stewart.    I think Charles might possibly have been Reuben Kemp's father but it seems more likely to me that they were brothers.    I know that Reuben Kemp had two brothers who both lived side by side in Somerset County, Pennsylvania.     They were Edward Kemp and John S. Kemp.   I've never found a scrap of evidence for any of the four men before May of 1762 and I wonder if they might be the first generation of my family in this country.     I've tried to find their names on the various passenger lists but so far no luck.     Any advice would be very much appreciated.    Dan Kemp

Hi Dan!

Were you ever able to find information about Charles Kemp? If not, I'd suggest perhaps posting your question again.  We have so many more members now than back in 2012 that maybe one of them might be able to help. You never know! :)
