Who was first wife of Thomas Spicer - Lucy Dore or Lucy Lovelock (mother of Henry)

Question

Am getting two possibilities - Lucy Dore or Lucy Lovelock.  I thought they may be the same Lucy with different surnames but the Dore's and the Lovelock's then go off to quite different ancestory lines.  Any clues?  Preferably with some story or evidence to support the info.  Thanks.

A bit more info for you...

In the UK 1841 Census, Henry is 11 yrs old. Thomas is 35 and his wife is Louisa 45 yrs old.  Apart from the other children: Stephen (15), William (14) and Rosa (9)there is a John Lovelock 25 yrs old.

Thanks so much for your helpful and speedy response.  I wonder if you are able to clarify for me that "Lucy" and "Louisa" would be the same person (ie Lucy is the named mother on the birth certificate and Louisa is named as Thomas' wife in the census 11 years later. Any suggestions/theories most welcomed.  I appreciate you taking the time to help me.  Kind regards.

I'm sorry, I don't have access to birth certificates and I don't know that there are any for the early 1800's - parish records being the main source.

I have checked about 8 genealogy databases and made several searches in Google but I haven't found anything new I can add.
