Looking for parents of Mildred "Milly" Walker who married Robert Chowning (aka Chewning) in 1790 in Culpeper county, VA

Mildred "Milly" Walker married Robert Chowning (or Chewning) on 01 Apr 1790 in Culpeper County, Virginia. A record of this marriage is included in the Virginia, Marriages, 1660-1800 collection on Ancestry.com. According to another researcher (Joanne Mackby) they were married by the Primitive Baptist minister, John Pickett.

Several family trees posted online indicate that Mildred Walker born 01 Aug 1765 was the daughter of John Walker and Elizabeth Moore. But I recently found convincing evidence that John and Elizabeth (Moore) Walker's daughter, Mildred, married Francis Kinloch. Mildred and Francis had a daughter, Eliza Kinloch, who inherited the Belvoir estate from her grandfather, Colonel John Walker.

I am seeking any clues (no matter how small) that might help identify Mildred's parents.

Geni website suggests Mildred married Robert Chowning after Francis Kinloch   - Mildred/Robert daughter was Frances Marian Chowning born 1790 who is my 5th great grandmother (married ~1808 Jonathon Kemper and in the Willis M Kemper full 1899 Kemper Genealogy book #228 which can be viewed on Google) and they named their 5th child Walker and now I'm the 5th with that first name   --- my first name is Walker

The historical articles on Francis Kinloch indicate that his wife, Mildred Walker, died in 1784.  All the information we have on the children of Robert Chowning (my 4th great grandfather) would indicate that the Mildred Walker he married lived into the early 1800s.  The final bit of proof that may be the most conclusive is that Eliza Kinloch d/o Francis Kinloch and his wife, Mildred Walker, inherited the Belvoir estate which was the home of her grandparents, Col. John Walker and his wife, Elizabeth Moore. If the same Mildred Walker had married both Kinloch and Chowning then the Chowning children would have also had a claim on the Belvoir estate but there is no evidence that they did.

I think that the Mildred Walker that married Robert Chowning is probably related in some way to the same Walker family as Col. John Walker and his wife, Elizabeth Moore, but is just not their daughter.  I suspect that from some DNA identified cousins that claim a heritage from the Walker and Moore families.

Frances Marian (Fanny) Chowning did marry Jonathan Kemper.  I have a scanned copy of the agreement to their marriage written by Jonathan's father Tilman Kemper attached to my tree on Ancestry.  Francis Marion was a revolutionary war hero and I've run across multiple children named after him, both boys and girls with the feminine form of the name.

Hi Peggy -- appreciate the details and had seen that Geni has the 'first' Mildred Walker dying in 1784 at 19, which obviously does not sync with 'second' Mildred Walker marrying in 1790  -- assumed an error but your details indicate there is more uncertainty -- will try to uncover anything over time.    My uncle's name was Charles Chowning Kemper -- so there is a connection there that must reach back a few generations.   There are a couple 90+ year old cousins of his still living, so maybe somehow they will know more about the Chowning connection.

MyHeritage has some Robert Chowning details but I'm not a member so can't click through --- noted that he married a 2nd time but you may know this:
