Yes, I have.  I copy the page to my clipboard and paste to a word program first.  I've found that doing it any other way gets me lots of code.  This is especially true of the biography section, where a lot of code shows up.  I go to the profile of the person and grab the "events" for dates and places.  I copy all the sibs and parents and spouses from the main profile page.  I check trees of others with smart matching and get anything I don't have from those sites.  I found that using the gedcom from them is somewhat useful also, but it doesn't seem to work as a gedcom source for wikitree.

Sheri:

Thanks for your answer. I'll  try your approach when I try to post. I'mm  currently working on the Warren side of the family and there are too many of them. My wife's family are fromthe Mayflower  Warrens so everyone has a post on it. A geneologist woreded up the family years ago but he madesome mistakes  that I'm trying to work out. Like a grandfather is 20 years older than his grandson. thanks for your help. Dick Byrom
