Looking for birth certificate/parents of Mary Elizabeth Summers

Question

I'm looking for my 2x great grandmothers birth certificate or a document to connect her to her parents. On her death certificate her parents last names are listed as Summers (father) and Smith (mother). Her name is Mary Elizabeth Summers (31 May 1855- 12 May 1937). Death certificate lists Madison County, Missouri as birth place, but she lived in Iowa for a while at the beginning of her marriage.

And who did she marry.?? I have a couple prospects,but need a little

more info to tie them together.

There's a brother James Summers (1858-) living with her and her husband (George Sherman Sherrod Evans 1 November 1848- 26 October 1937) on the 1880 Census.
