Could this be the family? You can start by adding sources to Roxie's profile. If this is her marriage, then we know her father was W. J. Patton.
I usually don't include the entire table below in the profile. I would just write about it in the biography and include the source within <ref> tags so that it appears in the Sources section of the profile.
"Roxie Patton married R. P. Martin December 23, 1909, in Madison County, Alabama.<ref>"Alabama, County Marriages, 1809-1950", database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QKZ3-ZP73 : accessed 5 September 2015), R. P. Martin and Roxie Patton, 1909.</ref>"

Here's a 1900 census record from the same Madison County as Roxie's marriage. It has W. J. Patton born August 1847 in Georgia.
"United States Census, 1900," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M9DC-3YH : accessed 5 September 2015), Roxana Patton in household of W J Patton, Precinct 1 Huntsville (west part), Madison, Alabama, United States; citing sheet 13B, family 245, NARA microfilm publication T623 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.); FHL microfilm 1,240,028.
I set W J aside for a minute and searched FamilySearch for Roxie's little brother Frank Patton. I used a birth range 1895-1900 since the 1900 census has him born April 1898. Up popped the 1910 census:
"United States Census, 1910," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MK7F-2DT : accessed 5 September 2015), Frank Patton in household of William J Patton, West Huntsville, Madison, Alabama, United States; citing enumeration district (ED) 145, sheet 10B, family 138, NARA microfilm publication T624 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.); FHL microfilm 1,374,037.
