1.I am looking for a birth/place and marriage/place dates for Abraham David Theron and also information about why he was known as a Cape rebel? He had married Emma Kristina Faldt and they had 10 children which I have only the name of one. Any help most welcome, Thanks

2.His name could have been Abraham Dawid Stefanus Theron and he died in 1938, Wife was Emma Kristina Faldt b. 1885 and died 1966. If this was his first wife, I do not know.

I also have a Abraham Dawid Stefanus Theron as a POW in Portugal in 1900, he escaped on the 17 Nov 1901 fled to Holland and from there returned to South Africa by 1902.

Do not know if he is the same as the above no.2 or if all the above is the same man?

Thanks

There is  an earlier Abraham David Theron who died in 1826 and a later one who was still living in 1956 and  possibly still living in 1977 (or that is yet another)
