My search reveals that David Harmer parents were Joseph and Elizabeth Harmer.  Joseph Harmer  a/k/a Josiah is the son of George Harmer and Honour Oxley.  George Harmer came from England with his brother William on the ship "The Welome"  1682.  They left Gloucestershire/Wilshire England June 5, 1682 on the same ship with William Penn and landed in PHILA. William married Ruth Skeat (daughter of John Skeat) Note that George
