how do I delete my profile picture

Go to the image.  Underneath on the lower right-hand corner you will see a box labeled Details. Click that.  A new page will open.  Scroll down and you will see People and things in the image.  Select the radio button next to Remove from image (which means to remove the profile from the image).  Then scroll down further and click on SAVE CHANGES TO IMAGE DETAILS.  That is it.  

It could be you will still see the image there for a bit as sometimes it takes some times for images to go away.

Afterwards you might need to click on your contributions options in the drop-down menu to find your way back to where you were.

Hello Elizabeth click on to your profile photo and it will take you to the photo page about half way down on the left hand side you will see People & things in the image check the circle that says REMOVE from  image and save at the bottom Terry
