Is it alright to add profiles to the U.K. Project again?

Some weeks ago we were asked not to add anymore profiles to the United Kingdom Project.  Does this still apply or can we add more profiles to this project again?

Sorry for delay in resolving this.   Can you just categorise profiles meantime until the template is available again.  Will post here when I hear back from the person who is revising the template for us.
