Her Fathers name was John and her mothers name "Lorry".  She lived briefly in North Wales, Pa in 1910 - 1913.  Don't know where he parents lived or where she was from.

Thank you Doug Lockwood!  You found the only piece on info that I do have on her.  She would be my great grandmother.   She gave birth to my grand father in 1913 and the story goes that she abandoned him that same year.  When her husband returned from work, the baby was on the porch and she was gone.

This search for her has been going on for many years.  My grandfather and grandmother searched during their lifetime and then when my grandmother passed away, she turned it over to me.   My mother is still curious as to what became of Elizabeth (Haas) Jackson.  The piece of info that you produced took me a very long time to find.   I need you in this quest.   Thank you for your quick reply.  God Bless.

Thank you.  I have that document.  That's how I know her parent's names and how old she was.  She is my grandfather's mother.  The story goes that she abandoned him the year he was born.  My grandfather's father would never tell him anything about her and my grandfather was raised by his grandparents, .. Henry Jackson's parents.   For many years my grandfather searched and never found anything but his christening record in Maryland where he was raised, hence.. knowing what her name was..   My grandfather died and my grandmother resumed the search and died 4 years ago and left the search for me.   My mother still wants to know what happened to her.  If she ran off, if she died, etc.   Since I've been searching ( i enlisted the help of a very good friend who has more experience with this stuff than I do)  .. she found that marriage record.  Mr Lockwood, if you would be so kind as to help, I'd surely appreciate it.

Mr Lockwood,   I came across an Elizabeth Gertrude Haas in Michigan.   Born in 1888 in Michigan,  Fathers name "John Haas" Mother's name Mary Holland.  The 1910 census shows her living in Michigan with her parents then the 1920 census shows she married in 1917 a man named "Flach".

I found her marriage register and she claims to not have been married before.  With that said, .. I need to see if her Haas's have any connection to Pennsylvania.   Can you help me?

If Elizabeth was born in 1889.. that would make this John Haas if it were her father thereabouts 70 years old and her mother in her 60's
Hmmm, I don't think this is the one.
That would make John 50 at the time of her birth, not 70. It is also quite possible that this is her grandfather. He is listed in the same town in the 1870 census & in an adjacent town at the time of his death. I believe this is more than a coincidence.
We studied the marriage cert between Henry J Jackson and Elizabeth Haas and her mother's name is most likely "Mary".   It was in cursive and whoever wrote it didn't have the best penmanship.
