Looking for information about Joe Ambler who died 1854

Question

I have a family bible with quite a long list of names but I have no idea who is related to who or how any of them are related.  There is an entry for a Joe Ambler who it states died in an strange land Spring Love Australia, this may be Spring Grove but I have no idea and can find nothing out about either the place is Australia or Joe Ambler
