I like the slate this week. Disney is my wife's 6th cousin twice removed. Eva Gabor is interesting because my dad bumped into her and her husband once at a garden center. They talked a long time, as my dad knew her husband from when they worked at the same company for brief time, a start-up engineering company in southern California. Kari - how many months of snow does your district usually have?   Being in Atlanta, I am always envious of anyone's snowfall.

Norway is a very long country, and up in the Northern Norway the winther usually comes in November and stay, there can be quite cold, especially toward the Swedich border, they got a lot of snow, who last long. When there is law pressure, on the west, and south coast, is mostly rains. In Jæren, outside of Stavanger town, they put the potatoes in the ground as early as February.  Where l live, close to Oslo, l can compare the weather here with New York city. We don't usually get snow who can settles for a  while, until around Christmas time or later. But mostly here, when there is  law pressure, it can snow one day and rain the next. The worst thing about that is the slippy roads. In March Spring comes, but the weather and temperature constantly alternate betwin freezing during the night, and warm up daytime (there can also come some snow).The same in April, but it can be quite warm. In May it can be up to over 68 Farenheit (= 20 gr. Celsius).
