Elizabeth Corporon born 1680,Port Royal,Acadia N.S. Canada had an illigetimate son Louis Corporon ( or Fontaine) born 1707

his father suppossed Rene Fontaine born 1682( or 1686)?

I am a decendant of Louis Fontaine.( E. Corporon..is my gggggggGrandmother on the Fontaine side).

It was believed the Rene Fontaine was married to Elizabeth Corporon?

It was also believed that Louis was allowed to use his surname( other sources say that he was adopted)?

Still other sources say that Rene and Elizabth were NEVER married?

So many scenerio's....no answers?

Plus no info on what happened to Rene Fontaine, where he originated etc?

Have a blockage in our pedigree because of this...can you help?

Would like to have picture of anyone of these or all relatives if possible...woulld like to have a face to these ancestors.
