Clara Louise "Chloe" Brand b: 1819?

Question

Looking for the parentage, birth date and death date for Chloe Brand/Phillips/Ferrier.

The marriage record between Chloe Phillips and Wiiliam Ferrier in in 1882 states that her parents were Obediah & Benjame Brand. William died in Markham in 1890, but there is no mention of Chloe. He was buried with his first wife in Locust Hill Cemetery in York.

What happened to Chloe?
