Looking for the Parents of George Washington Forrest.

Question

George Washington Forrest is my Great Great Grand Father.  He lived in Osage Township in Vernon County Missouri. The family is in the 1870 census along with his Wife Arena (maiden name???) 3 children Mary Jane (5 years old in 1870), Nancy E.(3 years old in 1870) and William A.( 1 year old in 1870) any connection to this line of Forrest family would be appreciated!
