Looking for any relatives related to the OSCAR GENE KELLY family in Texas.

Question

I am looking for Oscar Gene Kelly or relatives in the State of Texas, vicinity of Waco, who served in the US Army in 1964 and was stationed in Germany. Family of many boys, mother sent me a picture of her when I was an infant, she looked of Native American descent with thick, long, black hair. Oscar had a son, at the time of my birth, possibly named Michael. Oscar is believed to be deceased but I am wanting information regarding family's health issues. Any information anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

My great grandmother's name is Frusie Kelly.  She lived in Dangerfield Texas also.  I am not sure about the spelling of her last name.  I am looking for information about her.  I am not sure if she was related to Oscars or not, but she was definitely native American and African American.  Our oral history tells us that she lived in a cabin in a wooded area near dangerfield and I know she had at least two daughters, Silva (my grandmother ) and cat ( possibly short for Catherine ).  If you have any information about anything related, my family would really appreciate it.

Oscar was a former employee of Lone Star Steel Co., Lone Star, Texas. He was a member of Mt Zion CME Church, Daingerfield, Texas, where he was chairman of steward board and trustee. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served honorably during the Korean conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Carter Kelly.
