The Family Search equivalent:
"Find A Grave Index," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVKK-K177 : accessed 10 October 2015), Josiah Charnes, 1855; Burial, , Dubois, Indiana, United States of America, Robinson Cemetery; citing record ID 51982042, Find a Grave, http://www.findagrave.com.
According to the many varied Rootsweb entries, his wife was Susannah and either Carroll or Carrell as maiden name. There's enough consistency there to be very likely to be true. I didn't see any parents, though.
This is his person entry on Family Search

And a couple of Pedigree entries appear to indicate that his parents could be Josiah Carnes and Patience Marsh
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, "Pedigree Resource File," database,FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:39QZ-KT7 : accessed 2015-10-10), entry for Josiah Asbury /Charnes/.
Good luck on your hunt...
