The date of March 15 1695 could be incorrect, because it was the date Cornelis Reiniers van Rooijen was baptised:

"Netherlands, Zuid-Holland Province, Church Records, 1076-1916," images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-31122-22190-53?cc=2037907 : accessed 10 October 2015), Nederlands Hervormde > Gorinchem > Dopen 1619-1714 > image 657 of 800; Rijksarchiefdienst Nederlands, Zuid-Holland (Netherlands National Archives, Zuid-Holland).

Transcription:

Dito 15 - Cornelis

Father: Reinier van Rooijen

Mother: Fijke Vermeulen

From the profile, I would think his father was Johannes. The site OpenArch shows his mother as Seijke Vermeulen in the VOC records.

So,your call: is this the same person as Cornelis Johannes?
