Haselbach is the name of a village and 24 the housenumber.

Small villages like haselbach didn‘t have any streetnames so the adress is composed of the village‘s Name and the number of the House; adress here would be: haselbach 24, 3142 haselbach, Austria (if it’s haselbach in Austria, there are a few also in Germany)

It appears there is only one profile manager doing this. I suggest you send him a private message to ask. He not only uses 24, but also 58, 69 and others. Maybe it's a postal code type of thing.
