I found the answer to this question. Apparently George Burrough was the name he referred to himself by up through his graduation from Harvard. He also went by the name Burrows in the Roxbury church records. Later, he used the name Burroughs. (NEHGR 45:233).
Additionally, The Magna Carta Ancestry, 2nd edition, refers to both George and his father, Nathaniel, as Burrough.
So, the LNAB of Burrough will be retained, and both Burroughs and Burrows will be listed in the Other Last Names field
