How can I remove a duplicate profile which has already had it's email address deleted? (Smith-86340)

I tried to initiate a merge but got a caution that both profiles have an active email address.  You can go to the bottom left of your profile and click on the link for initiate a merge and see what the instructions say.  Probably you still need to delete one of the emails from one of the profiles (most likely the profile for which you are not currently logged-in on and plan to keep as your active account).

Maybe not an answer but by merging you "delete" wrong profiles....

Have tried merging but have to have an accept from the profile which I cannot access because it no longer has an email.

So are you Robyn Smith Price? and you want to merge with the other Smith (Price-16014)? Or the other way around?
Who is the manager of the other profile?
To merge.. you must either be the manager of, or be on the trusted list of the other profile to be merged.
