Is there a category some where known as "Occupations" or "Colonial Occupations"?

Hello -

I was wondering if there is a ace on WT for "Occupations" or better yet, a period defining category such as "Colonial Occupations" and "19th Century Occupations" (as the advent of the industrial revolution brought about many new occupations).

Also, where would it be placed? In a place by itself or perhaps under the time period classification such as "Colonial", "Plymouth Colony", etc.

Thank you,

Jim

There is an "Occupations" category now. So far, nobody has started a sub-hierachy to let people drill down to occupations by period, although if you really wanted to create one, I don't see any reason not to. At the moment, though, everything from "Serfs" to "Computer Programmers" are all in the same big pot.
