Solomon Harris (1797-1872) died in Adams county, Illinois. He and wife had 17 children, a daughter Frances married a Davis Willard.

Frances was born 1824 in TN, married Davis Willard 1841 in Adams county, IL, and died 1855 in Adams county.

Davis Willard born 1818 and died 1875. Married 2 more times after Frances.

 

In Ebenezer Chapel in Golden, Adams, IL a genealogy chart of many generations of Willards is displayed which showed Frances and Davis Willard and the relationship to Solomon Harris.My direct relative is a brother of Frances: William Harris.  I have pictures of the chapel and tombstones of Solomon and wife Lucinda (Barker) Harris. I have just proved my lineage in DAR thru Lucinda Barker Harris.

 

I took a picture of the genealogy chart, but picture is too blurry to read.

Frances and David Willard had 2 children: Mary E and James Solomon Willard.   There are MANY Willard names in Ebenezer cemetery. I was just curious.
