Can you find her maiden name?

Question

Can you help the US President's Project, this is the great grandmother of Ulysses Simpson Grant   and we need to find her maiden name?

I searched over at Gengophers.com. Nothing I found mentioned Mary's maiden name and very little even mentioned Mary.

Unfortunately there is an unsourced set of trees on many different sites that indicate a name of Mary Addis with absolutely no reasoning behind it.

Sorry I don't have time to research but the family was associated with this Neshaminy Presbyterian Church and maybe there might be something in the parish register.
