I am looking for any information on Harry Jackson who was born in Virginia in the early 1800's and had a son Andrew.

Here's a link to a FamilySearch that turns up one promising hit.  Using the search functions in the left column you can expand or narrow the search.

Family Search and Find A Grave are excellent sources, keeping in mind that all information is not all guaranteed.
