Working on the Grosse Île project and there are quite a few entries for 'Born at sea' ... do the Irish immigration projects consider such folks as 'Irish Immigrants' if the parents sailed from Ireland?  ie Do we put them in those categories?  For our project that would be: Category:Irish Immigrants to Canada

Yes please Bob.    The babies would have Irish Nationality.
