I wanted to share this family photo of Cash Burch with the community. Location: Elgin, Union, OR. Date: March 3, 1917.

They were two of the people in my life that I respected the most, they were also the only grandparents that were living when I was born. I learned many important  life facts from their honesty.

Hello Dale,

There is no connection that I can find other than the kindred souls who branch out from my tree, they were cattle drivers also. One was a "Wagon Boss" on the Oregon Trail in 1843, and later the first governor of California. The size of the Oregon migration he led was reported as "A party of nearly 1,000 people, with about 120 wagons and several thousand head of livestock."

I view all photos uploaded to WikiTree and having read the comments you made of your grandparents thought that their photo deserved to be shared with the community.
