Nice work, Philip.

It would be great if each category page had some help text to explain when to use such a category. Is it for those people who graduated from that university? worked at it? attended it for a semester?

For example, my first two years were at UC Santa Cruz, but I graduated from UC San Diego. Then I worked as staff at UCSD for four years after. What categories would I use? Both? Just UCSD?

Thanks. I'm frequently confused about if/how/when to use categories.
Jillaine,

Good questions.  I suspect that each manager has their own criteria.  I use the school category on a profile where it seems to be an important part of a person's life.  Certainly for Phd. and one where a man was a custodian for 30 years at the university.  I almost always include the category if the individual was a professor at the school. For other cases I guess it just depends.
I like your criteria. Makes total sense.
Great answers Philip!
