Need info on parents of Mary Ann Grayble Manning

I am trying to find information on the parents of Mary Ann Grayble Manning. I have their names (William Grayble and Caroline Morgan) from Mary Ann's death certificate (assuming it is accurate), but I can't find anything more about them. Various accounts in my family show her surname spelled in many forms -- Grayble, Grable, Graybill, Gray Bill, and Gray Belle. There has also been some family information (verbal) that she is of Native American, possibly Cherokee, descent, but I have seen no documentation to confirm that claim. Anything that can be found for her parents would be appreciated.

Thus could very well be her. The age seems about right (very close) and the location in PA is also good. Since she showed up in the census with someone who is possibly her grandmother, I am curious to know what might have happened to her parents. I also have Mary Grable on my tree. Her death certificate says her dad is William Grayble and mother is Caroline Morgan, both born in Pennsylvania. However, a 1880 Pennsylvania Philadelphia census says Morgan is the surname of William, so I am not to sure which is right. I'd like to know more too.
