I am unable to post my mother to my tree as she is crossreferenced to this site.

What do you mean, cross referenced to the site?

 

Do you mean when you try to add her it pulls up possible options of people with the same name, already on the website? If so just continue that she is new and NOT one of the people listed below. (click Grey box Add New XYZ Name)
