What to do when a HSA is not the lowest LNAB ?

In other words, would the HSA status survive the merge into another profile ?

Message a supervisor (Vic and I are probably best in the case of your interest area) and we'll shift the lock from the higher to the lower. I've been doing a lot of that as you've uncovered lower-number ID's within LNAB's.

Yes I've fixed up a few of those as I've encountered them. Lowest numbered takes precedence. The locked profile has to be unlocked, merged into the lowest numbered profile, and then locked again. Information from the locked profile should be preserved as much as possible in the merged profile, normally the info from the lowest numbered profile takes precedence. And merge and cleanup the info in the biographies at the same time too.
