Invitations and Watchlist

When I send an invitation, the person gets added to my watchlist.  It also shows the date I invited them, and has a "reinvite" link.  It appears, though, that the date does not change if I reinvite someone.  It would be useful if it did, because when I last sent an invitation is what I really want to know if I'm considering reinviting someone.

Hi Fred,

In your Watchlist, thtat's the last-edited date you're seeing. That is, it's not the date they were invited, it's the date you last modified the profile. Of course, this would usually be the same if you're inviting a genealogist to join WikiTree.

If you just send a new invite, that doesn't get recorded as a change on the profile, and therefore doesn't change the last-edit date. I suppose we could start recording reinvites as changes, but I'd worry about crowding the activity feeds.

Boy, do I feel dumb.  I actually knew that if I'd thought about it.  I could actually put the date in the profile and that would solve my problem.
