Looking for paul joseph sampson b1918 liverpool england

Question

Paul migrated to US, served ww11, married Camella Porch who migrated from Turky to England. Pauls parents were Joseph Sampson and Elizabeth Sampson(unsure of maiden name).

Comments

I am afraid there is no birth registered in England & Wales for such a person or other spellings between 1912 - 1920. The  Liverpool connection suggest a possible Ireland birth!
