Importing online book instead of linking

Hi Emily, and WELCOME to WikiTree!

If you did that, it would take up a huge amount of space on WikiTree's hard drives, plus you'd probably be violating a copyright.  There is nothing wrong with linking to the book - that is the preferred way of doing it.

This is expressly prohibited by Google Books unless they give you permission to do so. By the wording of your question, it appears you do not have such permission.

Considering Thomas Sayre and his wife are currently being discussed (Dec 2018), making this point seems apropos.
